Chaotic Artistry takes the privacy of it's clients seriously. If, in the course of your relationship with Chaotic Artistry, you make personal information available to Chaotic Artistry, it will be used ONLY in the context of conducting business with Chaotic Artistry.

The information we request are used internally at Chaotic Artistry, and with specific exceptions, NEVER transferred, sold, given, or otherwise provided to a third party. Domain Registration:
     Internet Registrars require full legal contact information to be made available when purchasing a domain. To this end, I require from you, Your full legal first and last name. A legal mailing address, a phone number and an e-mail address. This information will be placed into the domain registry. This information can been seen by any individual who performs a domain information request (also known as a "WHOIS") on your domain. Financial Transactions:

All credit card transactions are performed via PayPal (https://www.paypal.com/). As such, Chaotic Artistry does not have any information regarding your credit card. PayPal's Privacy Policy can be found here: http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/ua/policy_privacy-outside

Chaotic Artistry will not sell, rent, or lease your personally identifiable information to others. Unless required by law, Chaotic Artistry will only share the personal data provided with other employees/business partners who are acting on our behalf. All employees and business partners are governed by our privacy policy.

Occasionally, Chaotic Artistry may send small marketing bulletins or announcements to it's clients. Your permission will be obtained before any such material is sent to you. If, at any time, you no longer desire to receive marketing materials from Chaotic Artistry, you may contact us, and we will immediately remove you from our marketing mailing list. We also communicate business information via e-mail. You may NOT choose to opt-out of necessary business communications without severing your relationship with Chaotic Artistry.
